Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there are any problems with the merchandise you purchased upon receiving the shipment, please contact us at esartia@esartia.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Esartia does not have a return policy but if the customer is not satisfied with a color choice of an item, there is an exchange policy in affect within the 15 days of the original buy. To exchange a product please do the following.
1. Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why.
3. Indicate what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
4. Circle the name and address where we should send the exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
5. Pack and seal your exchange securely, in the original package if possible, and include the exchange form. We've provided a return label as part of the exchange form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
